Need an autumn getaway not too far from London to relax, be pampered, grow and connect with some lovely people?
Bhakti yoga retreat, autumn edition allows you to come relax in the countryside about 2 hours away from London. Bursting with beautiful landscapes, bodies of water and many gardens, which allows you to relax, distress and switch off. Expect a vibrant program consisting of yoga classes, meditation sessions, ayurvedic cooking workshop, scrumptious meals and a seminars on maximizing your potential. This venue is perfect as its cozy atmosphere sets the mood to curl up next to a fireplace and read a book or socialize. Rest assured there will be time that you can spend alone and perhaps go for a nature walk or take a visit to Holkhan beach with it’s breathtaking views and calming sounds of the ocean. The mornings will start daily with meditation, journaling and yoga accompanied by a healthy breakfast.
The evenings will end with a meditation and dinner. As we venture through the retreat, each day will be different however centred around a hollistic routine. We will encompass ways to incorporate healthy living, yoga, meditation, relaxation and a good diet into your life.
